Cory Warning is the chief investment officer of Geller Capital, and one of four founding partners of the luxury hotel investment company. He is responsible identifying potential acquisitions, overseeing due diligence and financial modeling and making recommendations to ownership and investors on potential investments and the disposition of existing investments. In his current role he has helped steward the acquisition of Waldorf Astoria Chicago, Washington D.C. Marriott Georgetown and the construction and launch of the Chicago Conrad Hilton, which opened in 2016.

Previously Mr. Warning held senior investment and finance positions at Strategic Hotels & Resorts, a publicly traded company founded by Laurence Geller. At Strategic he participated in transactions involving more than $6 billion. Notable among his more than 30 acquisitions and joint ventures are: Four Seasons Jackson Hole; Four Seasons Washington D.C.; Westin St. Francis San Francisco; Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel; Marriott Champs Elysees; and Intercontinental Chicago.
